DEPENDABLE LIMOUSINE DAMAGE POLICY

 

Dear Customers, Our stretch limousines are there for your enjoyment. They are equipped with beautiful lighting systems, state of the art electronics and sound systems, leather upholstery, mirrored ceilings, flat screen video monitors, and much, much, more. Damage to our limousines or there contents, is a serious problem which sometimes occurs. We feel it is necessary to inform our customers prior to renting these vehicles of our policies concerning damages and /or abuse towards our chauffeurs.

 

Our goal is to make your travel time with us as memorable as possible, and to provide the utmost in elegant service. However, should any of the following occur, customers are advised, that they will be held responsible for their actions, and for the actions of their guest’s.

 

Additional fees and/or replacement costs may be charged to the renter’s credit card, for any damage resulting from: Illness, intoxication, reckless, negligent, mischievous activities, or any of the reasons listed within this policy.

 

Transportation services may be terminated immediately, anytime during the charter, if the chauffeur deems it necessary. Causes for termination include but are not limited to: Inappropriate behavior, lewdness, unsafe conduct, or disorderly conduct.

 

No refunds will be given.

 

  • Alcohol and Drugs: Neither is permitted when minors are present in the vehicle. Illegal drugs are never permitted! Smoking is not permitted! If illegal drugs are found in the possession of any passenger, Dependable Limousine reserves the right to terminate service immediately. No refund will be given.
  • Sickness: If a passenger gets sick in the vehicle, a cleaning fee of $175.00 will be charged to the renter.
  • Abuse: Our chauffeurs are not there to take abuse. If there is any such treatment, Dependable Limousine reserves the right to terminate service immediately. No refund will be given.
  • Inspection: The renter will have the right to inspect the vehicle upon its arrival. Upon final drop-off, the vehicle will be inspected by the chauffeur. Any damages will be noted and acknowledged by the client, and the main office will be notified. All costs for repairs or replacements will be the responsibility of the renter. A fee will be charged for cleanup that exceeds the normal use of the limousine.
